Yes, my niece and her fella adopted him about 3 weeks ago. He is somewhere between 2 and 5 and doesn't have too many problems. It is thought the previous owners gave him up because he was too protective of their young children.
The spottiness is wonderful, it extends all over his undercarriage too. My niece's fella wanted a Jack Russell type dog... But is very pleased with Toby : - )
