"Didn't we run away and hope that time wouldn't try to find us..."
Jack in the pulpit is a name I don't know but it is obviously related to what we call cuckoo pint or lords and ladies - only see yours can be stripey, which is rather fetching!
Hi Viv. These are a variety of arisaema and bloom with striped spathes from apple green to white and also a deep burgundy red color with pale stripes. I love 'em. Thanks! :)
Just had to HL for so many reasons.....................
1. grrreat picture

yes I have finally submitted to a glass of the red stuff, the cardiologist said I could. :)
@Craft: I'm not sad... the song started playing in my head when I looked out the window and saw the way the sunlight was shining into the shade garden. I was actually happy when I was taking the pictures because I planned on sharing them. :)
You know Ann, you make such everyday objects look so supernatural. You have a nice touch.
Thank you Dhamaka. :)
Really lovely words, taniwha... Thank you. :)
That third one, the violet, there's something missing from that one surely...... ; - )

It was Glen not me who discovered your other version of it. He is your internet stalker : - )
