Have really enjoyed all of your 'old photos' posts - and what a lovely tribute to your sister Irene. Thank you for sharing, and very sorry to hear of your loss. Looks like you have lots of very happy memories, though. :)

Her Thespian talents were mentioned at the funeral. She belonged to a women's theatre group and Paddy has vivid memories of her as Wonder woman in street theatre - 5 month's pregnant :)
A pregnant Wonder Woman? Now that takes serious personality to pull off!
The images which popped into my head were funny, it must have been great to see in person. That's a true gift to give to people, laughter, wonder and fun. The memories stay with people, and it sounds like Irene left a wealth of good memories.
