The variations are endless, must have a go at that. We'd be eating sausages for weeks!
JXL - yup, just an attachment. That black plastic cone that has the skins on in photo two - that's all it is. I got the skins from my butcher, but they can be bought online.
Got some lamb in the fridge. Might try lamb sausages. The idea of Long Puddings came to me last night too.
Oh, and ftr - the sausages made here were easily in the top five best meat tubes I've ever eaten.
Long Puddings conjure up images of Sweeney Todd, for some reason; perhaps it sounds too much like long pig :)
