Democracy cannot function without dissent.
Mate, sounds like a plan to me. Are you going to cultivate a rural accent? :)
Oh I see you've already been making some headway there, good good. This is a good move for you I think mate, for one thing it's going to be as sedate as you could imagine, but really let the family come together. The house looks really lovely.
Mate, you've never seen anything like it, it is one of the highest points in Lincolnshire, on a clear day you can see the Humber Bridge and Lincoln Cathedral from the kitchen. You really must come see it.
"one of the highest points in Lincolnshire" - so about 3 metres above sea level then? :)
looks well nice though, am envious indeed. Do you get some land with that building too?
Hehe :)
It has about 17 acres, pretty much all you can see in the last shot and a bit more. It was at one point the largest sheep market in europe apparently!
We're just living on the top floor of the main house, the rest of it (and there are lots of other buildings) is being converted for other use.
Looks lovely. Will have to visit, indeed.
And definitely looking forward to meeting the little 'un, before you steal her away from us.
"for other use", eh? That's almost certainly going to be less interesting than whatever I'm thinking those uses are.
Nonetheless, schweet. We'll be almost neighbours! (don't let that put you off, though)
Yeh more on the "other uses" soon :)
perhaps we should set up a "trans wash" taxi service?
This would be the perfect opportunity to build two really really large Trebuchets. I have a dream of a nationwide network of trebuchets flinging stuff and people about.
I would like to offer both my engineering, and product testing skills to assist you in your dream.
please?
I am totally expecting you to do most of the work on this. It's on my bullet-pointed list.
Looks like a lovely place to be moving to. Any spare space to set up some ramps? ;)
Heh, I wish, I'm more concerned about how fast my internet connection will be :D
Thats just the other side of lincoln from me i do believe, near market raisen?. ill have to come say hi at some point as your close
Who needs internets when you have trebuchets??
Loving the house :)
That's an awesome place - a great place to bring a kid up in :)
Congratulations. It's a sad day but I can see why you're doing it and it looks like a lovely place. And, if you subtract a whole lot of hills, looks damp enough to be my Welsh childhood there :)
*Refrains from laughing at mat's crack at Lincolnshire highpoints. Oops just did it*
Looks brilliant - you must be very excited - will be there whenever you decide to say goodbye to Leeds!
17 acres? You lucky things!
It looks simply fabulous - I wish you well in it.
