"I expect to pass through life but once. If therefore, there can be any kindness I can show, or any good thing I can do to any fellow being, let me do it now, and not defer or neglect it, as I shall not pass this way again." William Penn
this is brilliant, cowboy! nice weener, but it's all about that trilby - the 80's belong to you, my man!
aww...
Hope your Mum sees this, it's lovely
*waves to Sprocket's Mum
:-)
She's not that techno, so I may have to print it out for her.
Brilliant! I'm certainly glad you're on the planet, and I'd bet everyone else feels the same way. I love the hat too. Gotta love that hat. :)
Thanks guys.
Thank you Caine
Without getting all gooey and sentimental (cuz guys don't do that) I have met the most wonderful people on Moblog who have educated, inspired and shown me such warmth and love, that every day is just a joy.
and you have met me as well, always happy to let the side down....
you really must print it out for her , she will love it :-)
*Edit and what a very pretty mum as well... :-)
you're right sprocket, but sadly it is impossible to make that statement without sounding gooey & sentimental.
I was just thinking the other day that lately I'm getting this real sense of community by being here. I've yet to meet anyone in flesh (apart from people I already knew before joining), and I don't talk to any of you outside of moblog (I don't knnow why!) but I just get this feeling of being part of something. Does that sound strange?
And on another note... when I spoke to my mother this morning I forgot to wish her a happy mothers day! Oops. But in my defense it was one of those 'will they, won't they' moments because they were supposed to be coming to visit but cancelled at the last minute because it started snowing and they didn't want to have to drive all the way there and back in it, especailyl if it was going to get worse! So in all the confusion I forgot and had to ring her back! She forgave me tho! My mums ace :)
its nice that you think of your mum on your birthday and thank her :-)
oh fantastic set of pics, the hat has been a great feature of your life. ;-)
Gooey & sentimental's good, so's that hat.
I second the sentiment.
Wow, a great set of pics, especially love the trilby, have to agree with Nige and with Caine :) .... great sentiment too :)
Hats off to the birthday boy - they seem to figure quite a lot!
Sorry to be a bit late but I have spent 8 hours of today in hospitals - started in Nottingham and moved to Leeds!
Came home to the most perfect night sky - always something good!
