Italy v France - who do you think will win?

Sorry why? Italy have played better throughout the whole tournament. That game v Portugal last night was weak, the Italy game against Germany was much more intense; two great teams, as opposed to France v Portugal, two mediocre teams.

I know most British people will want France to win because they got rid of Portugal, but I think Italy will win.

I'm all for italy winning, and think it's going to be really close - it just depends on who's style takes precidence... laid back yet sneaky italy, or reckless passion of france... from a tactical point of view the games italys, but it could be a lucky day for the french.

I agree with seaneeboy, it's probably going to be close, but judging from the last couple of games played by both teams, if they continue as they are Italy have an advantage. Germany won in Italy (1990 I think?), so it would be nice for Italy to win in Germany.

i want italy to win actually i like the style of play. as seaneeboy says it laid back and sneeky!

I want France to win, just because I prefer them to.

Having said that about Italy, I do REALLY think Patrick Viarra is HOT HOT HOT!

I don't like the French style of play, though it will probably be ZZ's last ever game for his nation, and, he is one of thre greatest players that has ever lived.....tough call....but it has to be Italy in my eyes.

France and Italy are the two best teams for this Germany world cup but naturally I hope I T A L Y win!
