Last month, I went to the Belmont Campus of Hunter Institute and saw what Steve Waye and his team have implemented for their Electrotechnology students. While most trade students, teachers and industry partners would see the Belmont set up as a radical departure from the conventional lock-step approach to trades training, in another 5 years it will probably be very commonplace.
