I like the noblesse oblige of the owners of the biggest house in teh village making their gardens available for the fete.

this weekend. it's on horsefair green in Stony Stratford.

Hmmmm ... I think we may amble over. It may be hit and miss for teh kids though - they like F-A-S-T music!

might be worth a visit, t. they have lots of stuff for the kids. face painting, competitions, etc. dunno how they cram so many people onto that little green, but it's alot of fun.
