..although sadly forgot to ask if I could take pictures while I was inside. Their offices are entirely carpeted with astroturf, and they're very nice people. I got a tour of the building from the girl who answers the bananaphone, and chatted about Neighbours for a bit. And I got a free smoothie.
The 'please use the appropriate entrance' bit is a reference to the sign above the door that says 'people', and the sign above the window that says 'burglars'.
