As I was reading, a ladybird walked across the page. I was reading Barnes' 'Caring and Social Justice'. Maybe Ms Ladybird was looking for an alternative to:
fly away home,
your house on fire,
your children alone.

It poured down today. I cycled in anyway. My shoes filled with water, my glasses blurred with rain and my panniers turned brown with mud. It was still fun though.

My 7 year old daughter found a beautiful but dead moth in France last year. She's taking it in for 'show 'n' tell' today. I'm thinking that this is going to be a well researched presentation.

Too hectic. Halloween, Guy Fawkes, social stuff, Aberdeen, camera broke, house stuff, spooky walk, heavy deadlines 'n' stuff, people comin' to stay, house buying and sellin', computer virus messing with me. Slow down November, week that was is slipping through my fingers.
