We're off to see the Aztecs ...

Had a kinda rough week last week and decided I needed to see some beauty to make up for it. So while R stayed home to study, we went to the British Museum Aztec exhibition. On the way, we strolled through Russell Square (my old lunch spot) and courted the tame squirrels you could feed by hand

Anyway, the exhibition was beautiful and alien though I have never seen so many vessels to hold sacrificed human hearts in my life.

Those were the hol.s they were

I love Christmas hol.s so much and these were the laziest I have ever had - reading, lego building, game playing and some idle gadding about.
