This job is for the birds

I've been staring out of this window for the last 18 months and for the first time ever, a bird landed on the ledge and stared back.I've raised the stakes by taking a photo. Maybe tomorrow, this one will bring a camera.

No garden path to lead you up

It takes a surprisingly small amount of time to reduce your garden path to a pile of rubble when you are using a jackhammer. It takes longer to recover from the aches and pains of manual labour.
