Late night grocery store run. Not many people around, but somebody
still came right up behind me as I was taking dailyme shots in the
prepared produce section. Friendly but not terrible competent cashier
plus a sudden pile up of people ready to leave the store caused check
out to be painful. I guess the second cashier was on break. I needed
to grab some dog food to prepare before I leave town tomorrow, but I
still had a ton of packing to do, so the excessive wait to get checked
out was frustrating.
Oh well.

I guess Xander wants his own dailyme project.
Tonight I want to the

Everything you always wanted to know about the Separation of Church and State, but were afraid to ask.
It was a good way to spend an evening with the kidlet.

The little oil lamp had a mighty flame.
We tried out a new restaurant for date night tonight. A small,
charming little place. We were the only people there, but the owner
said he had been there for 5 years, so I guess they are doing alright.
The owner/chef/waiter took quiet attentive care of us.
The chicken and duck pastilla was really lovely.
The lamb brochettes were tender, juicy, and flavorful.
Altogether a nice evening and we'll be sure to go back again. They
have other lamb dishes, and I must sample them all.

Winding down at the end of the day.
A lot of mental work done today. Will take a look at things again
after sleeping on it and figure out how much of it makes sense.

Ain't No Cure
It was so hot today. I was miserable. Summer looms. This weekend
has been a constant reminder.
