One year on and the hair is longer, the legs are longer but the seat and helmet still fit so time to get on the road again! This time Rose will be crossing India from the Bay of Bengal to the beaches of Goa. 'India holidays bike!' says Rose so let's go!
Following on from Rose's first adventure aboard the Windrush (see below), her next trip is to cross Cambodia by bicycle!

Rose woke up on Monday morning after a record breaking 11hrs uninterrupted sleep to find a very wet and windy day. She decided to spend the day planning the passage and to set off early Tuesday instead. First stop Lamlash on the Isle of Arran.

It's been a long hard day getting the windrush into shape. We've cleaned her inside and out and she's looking great!

Rose was pleased with the crew's hard work, so she left them at the marina and went to get supplies for the voyage. The shops only seem to sell one thing - Irn Bru!

We arrived safely at Troon in Scotland and soon had Windrush afloat again but not with her mast up yet.

After some nice weekends on the lake and a little too much rum a plot was hatched! To put Windrush on a trailer and go sailing on the SEA!!

Rose entertained her friends with tales of the high seas and enjoyed the sailing.

This called for some special kit so rose found a wet suit and Rory gave her a great life Jacket. She tried them on for size.
