The artist approached the owners of the terrace house and they agreed for him to do a design on the wall with the Street name: Victory Lane. They wanted him to leave the two stencils.
He told me that there are strict laws in the graffiti subculture that encourage everyone to respect work like his, ie do not paint over it.
