FINDING WATER, by Julia Cameron, is a course of actions designed to unlock unblock and stimulate creativity. Mrs H tried it some time ago, and it seems to have done the trick there, so I thought it was time to give it a whirl, now I have a few daylight hours to myself again... 10 points for the singer/songwriter of the above title.
Awake at 6.30am on a Sunday is a recent phenomenon, brought about by the change in working hours. By 8am, despite the howling wind and icy rain, my bike was whimpering to be taken out, so off we went to take our daily bridge photos... so glad we did, the sky was awesome, as was the noise as we passed the boatyard.

Parked on the cycle path - not only that but as I tried to cycle around it I was met with an insurmountable pile of rolls of loft insulation, which I made them move out of my way. To their credit, they were a bit apologetic.

There didn't seem to be any particular reason for the heavier-than-usual traffic on the bridge today, but that doesn't make cycling past any less pleasurable.

At 6am, there are trucks parked all over the Dock from the night ferry, so common a sight you don't give them a second glance. There is always at least one parked up opposite the Lidl carpark. This morning one caught my eye...
