zest + juice of limes, big load of chopped chilli, salt, white pepper, sweet soy sauce. that, and a very very hot pan will teach farmed salmon to be bland. the word 'firey' is close. My skin is burning from where I got some on me.
If you like eastern style food, and don't have any ketjap manis in your cupboard, get some immediately. It's not that pricey, and it's 1000% delicious.
but I really hurt my wrist landing this, so I shall stop trying before I cripple myself entirely. you get the idea.
