for a friend who hasn't smoked since new year. my first attempt at making and using fondant icing. didn't go too badly. double swiss rolls underneath. it's quite BIG.

it's a swiss rol[e]. first I've made since making them as a kid with my mum. went pretty well. and I got to eat ALL the offcuts.
being grown-up is ace.

boil eggs in water containing jasmine tea, garlic, ginger, soy. after ten minutes, take out and bash with spoon to break shells. replace in water and boil for a further 50 min.
shock news, they taste slightly of green tea, garlic and ginger. deliciously so.
