It's an old Triumph. In a bad way, but I might try to restore it... (into a Fixie..?!)Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to take a close look when it first appeared, so it's spent 4 nights washed by the Mersey tides before I got it.
For not it's been thoroughly washed and WD40ed, till I can give it attention.
