Cut pattern out, using scissors and craft knife (yes it was faffy on those tab bits!)
Glue tab to other side to make cylinder.

Finished result!
I need an elastic band to hold it on, but there we are, a petal lenshood for next to nothing, as the website says, not as sturdy as one from the shop, but I can always print another one!
