Oh I can't wait. I can't wait. I want to smell my puppy. Hold my puppy. Show my puppy the world. Blimey, where did that come from, huh?

The problem is that i don't do methodical very well. Or diligence. Or symetrical. I find it impossible to start in one corner and work round. So I do a bit here with the roller, then move on to another wall. Then I think well maybe do a bit with the brush. Then I'm back on the roller. Then i think cup of tea. Or get lost somewhere inside me head and can't really remember what I've done and what I haven't. I get up the ladder and put my hair on the wet ceiling. Oh i chuckle. Wont do that again. Then I put my hair on the wet ceiling. Again. Damn, must remember, don't go too high up the ladder. The ceiling's wet. Then I do it again. ¥$€% ahhhhhhhhhh.

The chaos of everyday life mixes quite nicely with decorating. Also shows a few of my favourite things - poster from le musee de l'art brut in Lausanne (also one of my favourite places) and my Thai wooden pestle from a little market in Chiang Mai bought just after my Thai cookery course.

But First Buses are shite. I thought it was just the Grumpy Old People that moaned about the buses. But it seems that even the kids are getting pissed off. I think that this maybe rather succinctly and eloquently sums up peoples attitude to UK public transport and answers the question of "why aren't more people abandoning their car?"
