Our day at the races...

The little yellow car in #2 was called Clarkey, and unfortunately just like my own "Clarkey" it was slow cumbersome and lost all of it's races too!

Too cool for school...

It's that time of year again, and not only is it a new school year for the
blonde kid, It's a whole new school.
I was more nervous this morning then he was.
We went out to wave off his best friend Craig from 5 doors down who is also starting a new school today and gets picked up 30 minutes earlier than we have to leave (he has to go to a school with a specialist SEN unit) and on the way back into our house announces he's "worried about remembering all his new friends names". The idea of change, a new environment, classroom, teacher and all these new people has left him completely unfazed as long as he can remember everyones names!
