About CityClickers
In November, five European blog networks joined forces to find photographers who could capture the style of their country.

The 10 winners from five countries were given an LG Viewty cameraphone and asked to moblog people they felt best represented the style of their country.

You can check out all the competition entries, as well as the winners’ shots on CityClickers.

Contribute your own photos!
If you think you can snap a portrait that captures the style of your country, send us your photo and each week we’ll pick our favourite one to feature here on CityClickers. Simply snap a photo and MMS or email it to cityclickers@moblg.net
for your chance to feature alongside the official CityClickers photographers.

Please read the terms and conditions.

Spain: Winners!

(viewed 4977 times)
Abel Perez's ability to capture typical Spanish street style, with pictures of two guys with a guitar and a traditionally dressed older man, made him a natural CityClicker. We can't wait to find out what town he's based in, check back here next week to find out more about our winning CityClickers.

Another clear favourite, this picture of an old woman traditionally carrying a load on her head took the other prize slot (although why so many of us thought it was giant loaf of bread we'll never know)

France: Winners!

(viewed 5734 times)
We were just pleased there was at least one picture of a French person
wearing a beret entered into the competition. But our French partner,
Journal du Geek, crowned the pic a winner as a contemporary &
quintessentially French picture of style. (taken in Montmartre - where
else?)

Leen with her black dress also felt very French, very stylish, and was an
early entry achieving hundreds of votes. If you want to see who else the
community voted for go here to see the top rated images

Germany: Winners!

(viewed 3189 times)
From most of the entries it seems that German style is all about being young and going out...either that or a whole pile of German students found out about the competition and entered.

Definitely in a style of their own, and league of their own from the other European winners, were "Florian waiting to go out" and "Deutsche meinner lesen".

UK: Winners!

(viewed 3068 times)
There was a real mix from iconic UK images, such as bowler hats and punks,
to a more contemporary style on the streets of our major cities.

Two prolific entrants were clear winners capturing the style of the UK and
in particular London with images such as a Scotsman in a kilt at the train
station and tango dancers in the rain with the classic British umbrella.

Competition Closed!

(viewed 791 times)
Thanks so much everyone for your fantastic contributions to CityClickers!
The competition is now closed, and the judges are locked away making their
decisions as we speak. We have no doubt it will be very difficult to pick
winners from such a great competition.
Check back here on Friday 7th December to find out who won!
