Where's the fiery sky gone?

Actually, after all the rain we've had today I was just thankful that it was reasonably fine when we went for our walk.

New toy - umm...work tool
I bought myself a new gadget recently, a Nokia N810 Internet Tablet. So I can work (and play) when I'm out and about. It easily slips into my pocket and yet it has a full web browser and a whole host of other stuff.
1) Keyboard out
2) Keyboard in (don't like the look of the weather forecast for the next week)
3) Mapping application with downloadable routes and GPS
4) Youtube application. It plays full screen videos, too. By the way if you do a search on Youtube for 'blanket monster greyhound' you might find a dog you recognise. :)
5) Music player
6) Ebook reader
And for work stuff it has geeky stuff like FTP, SSH, RDP and email.
So far I'm very impressed with my new toy / work tool.

Back with the dog
So anyway, normal service resumed this evening walking the dog. Nowhere near as good as a romantic evening with TOH but it was a beautiful evening. The forecast was originally for rain all day today, but it's been gloriously sunny. Rain forecast for the rest of the week, though.

In 1977 two 17 year olds got together at a school dance. Little did they realise that they would still be together 32 happy years later.
This evening we went for a little celebratory meal to a pub a few miles along the coast.
(This is looking up the Bristol Channel towards the islands of Flat Holm and Steep Holm.)
