This shot was captured three Valentine's ago on Ft. Desoto Beach in St.
Petersburg Florida. This couple on the blanket down in front of us were
necking and fondling each other, laughing and cuddling and enjoying the
mild weather and soft spray from the afternoon high tide. They were
audibly in love. Several days later, my then boyfriend and I went to
Connecticut to celebrate Valentine's and get some much needed time off
work and out of town. On our second night at hotel, while at dinner, he
said to me, "I want to be like the couple on the beach, let's get
married Lizziepie," and the rest, as they say, is history. We married a
little over a year ago. Love is present in all things, its evidence
cannot be denied. And in the end, all that you love will be carried
away.
