There's a lot of work to do, must keep at it.
Also just found out today that we should probably have costumes for a
party next week, which greatly shortens the amount of time to get my
act together on the kid's costume, unless we do two different ones
this year and just throw something together for next week.
Yay, To Do List readjustments.

Today. It happened. It is over. The day was not smooth, but dinner was good. The weather is cooling some. Enough that I got a decent walk at least.

In the backyard, laughing at the neighbors. They are singing. They
are singing badly. They seem to be having a great time, whatever it
is that is going on. It is a couple of houses down, so the sound is
dampened enough that it is amusing me more than it is annoying me.
