This is one of the bigger dry river beds along the way. Havent seen it in flood yet. The roads to Jigalong are closed before then.
This is the sign pointing you to the Ethel Creek Station homestead. Havent been there but have heard that there are some really good parties put on at certain times of the year.
This is a section of road to Jigalong. Because Jigalong is so well known (because of the rabbit proof fence), any sign that says Jigalong does often get stolen. Miss this turn off and you will endup at Nullagine and eventually to Broome. That would be a shame.

Luckily there are signs for everything, just in case you didnt know that is a grid we are about to go over.
This grid is a real cattle grid. On the highway you often find trickem grids, that are white stripes painted across the road. Apparently cows wont cross that line either.
Looking at this has given me an idea of what to use in case I havent a jack the next time I have a flattie.
