I make things on the web, mobile and in the actual world.

I've done lots of bits and bobs over the years, and right now I'm mostly working on this.

I enjoy speaking about things I like, most recently this. You can email me if you'd like, and I'm on twitter.

Their presentation was 100% just an ad for sun microsystems. Unbelievable.

Juice Fast day 2

(viewed 822 times)
So today is day two of my juice fast. It's a three day fast, unless I decide to extend it to 5. I woke up feeling pretty good even though I'd had weird dreams and lo! The juicer I got from Ebay for £20 arrived. 700Watt juicer, this thing just cranks out the juice.

This is kind of what was missing yesterday, something to replace the cooking ritual. The cutting up and juicing of the fruits is a good replacement, and I am now enjoying much juicage. I really don't feel at all hungry today. Apparently most people find themselves feeling alright on the third or
fourth day, so perhaps the fact that I'm not ravenous right now is normal too.
