I make things on the web, mobile and in the actual world.

I've done lots of bits and bobs over the years, and right now I'm mostly working on this.

I enjoy speaking about things I like, most recently this. You can email me if you'd like, and I'm on twitter.

did he really have to hurt him?

Poor boy george. I mean, you gaydar up someone for some consensual sub dom fun and the next thing you know your up in court for false imprisonment. The line in the subject above is something the defense said to the judge which of course is hilarious. Im currently sitting on the national express to newcastle and as luck would have it find myself sitting next to a criminal lawyer! The thing about becoming a criminal lawyer is that you have to really want it, theres bugger all money in it. Also, this is the first criminal lawyer ive met since going out with tabby, so i think theyre rare. My seat companion has been telling me all about how they combat boredom in the courtroom, and apparently this kind of thing is very very common. Once her and co counsel settled on Beatles songs as the theme, the challenge being to segue as many as possible into their statements. What a serendipitous seat national express allocated me this morning.

Britglyph - a UK wide moblog project!

I've been working on a new project with our friends at Shozu. It draws on the concept we used at the Find Me campaign for XDRTB where we used map markers to draw an image on an online map.

Since prehistoric times, humans have left their mark on the world around them by creating objects and markings to last the ages - and even perhaps to be seen from the vantage of the stars.

There is a deep human desire to communicate with the mysterious, to leave something of ourselves in time, to make a mark and own a moment...if only to say 'I was here, I lived!'

The designs on the Nazca plains, the Egyptian Pyramids, the Mayan pyramids, crop circles, hill figures and megaliths did just this - and were created with the pinnacle of that era's technologies.

This project will bring people together across the country to create a new kind of Geoglyph, one that will be created using the technologies available to us now.

If successful, we will have created the largest geoglyph of all time.

If you'd like to take part, please sign up at Britglyph.com - we go live on the 1st of December and the event runs up until the 15th.
