Bubba is our resident skua - he's a large brown bird, a bit bigger than
a seagull. Skuas are scavenging birds, they'll eat anything they can get
their beaks into. This includes penguin eggs and chicks, fish and any
waste left lying around. Last season, Bubba found that swiping people's
hats tended to lead to an edible reward...Note - we're normally careful about not feeding or interfering with
wildlife, but we make an exception for the base skua.

A truly excellent burger, with real onion rings and a chocolate and coffee shake containing real chocolate bits. It was delicious. Consumed in the Relish gourmet burger bar on Edinburgh high street.
