Yay!...it's my mate Ove's 30th birthday today, and we've hired the top floor
of the only decent pub (and microbrewery) in Cleethorpes...
If past birthdays are anything to go by, we're all gonna be seriously messed
up by midnight.
So I've had a bit of trouble breathing for the last few days, it appears
that the asthma I suffered from in my teens/early 20's has returned.
Stress related apparently, I also have to lose weight and stop smoking (no
shit).
The nurse was quite concerned at how my chest sounded, and did a peak flow
test on me, which despite my very heavy wheezing, was actually above
average...I knew that all those years of brass playing would pay off
eventually.
I also have high blood pressure....nice.
