Staffa

Wish we'd had more than an hour to explore. Could have happily spent
two or three hours here (well it took a good half hour to recover from
my seasickness). We were supposed to visit the isle of Lunga too to
see puffins, but it was too windy to land on that island. Fortunately
we managed to track down Staffa's puffin population.

Puffin watching from the cliff top

The specks in the water are puffins. Every now and again one would fly
back up to the clifftops and belly flop back into his/her burrow.
