Got more than a little soaked on the way in to work today, the curse of the British summer
Not sure if I'd want to live in the end one.
Had a total blast yesterday, was invited to a friends birthday party and went go-karting for the first time. Awesome adrenalin rush and plenty of sideways cornering was the order of the day, plus a huge bonus in that I won :)
Twonked my knee on the front door at work coming out this evening.
My entry confirmation and rider number arrived in the post today, so I guess that puts me 'in training' now for the big ride.
Glorious again, way too nice to be working. At least I get to ride home in the sun.
Yesterday's result was enjoyed today with the beers and bbq. Another trophy for the blues then :)
