Jam tarts

Knocked a dozen strawberry jam tarts out onto the wire rack. Used self-raising flour when recipes call for plain flour. Still worked.

Criss Cross Pie

Had some pastry left over from the jam tarts. You have a choice - throw it away, let it sit in the fridge or better still roll out a pie shape and use the bits for some pathetic lattice work.
