Good bit of tahini sauce to help it along. Fried vine leaves are like that fried cabbage they call fried seaweed in Chinese restaurants.

I spotted this recipe in The Guardian a few weeks ago. A bit faffy, and you have lots of vine leaves still to use up but very tasty.
Cut up a corn tortilla and fried them up. Absolutely brilliant - beats anything from a packet. White beans, chard and tomatoes with a good hint of chilli.

Potatoes, beetroot, white cabbage, tomatoes, apple, rosemary. The dressings came out of the shops though. A bit low on protein. I'll try another one next week with some other vegetables.
