Trying to create traditional corn beef hash but without the salty cow bits. Might have found the answer. A tin of ful mesdames - bought the Palestinian version which is bigger beans and saltier. Some home made gravy. Green stuff is land cress added to make the picture interesting.

All from the allotment. Courgettes to a hot blended pulp, spuds, shallots, sweetcorn and tomatoes. There is chilli in there but that came from Mexico.
