Making malted flour
First sprout the grain - about 3 days
Dry roast it slowly in skillet
Grind up by hand 'cos the electric blender didn't go the job
Mix with flour - 44% strong white, 44% Canadian wholegrain, 12% of the groud malted grain

Bought some frozen mini pizze (please there is no such word as pizzas). So small that I had to build a salad and make up some potatoes to get a decent meal.

Mince Pie 5 of 12. Brand unknown but looks like a supermarket packet. At the turning on the the Christmas tree lights on Chorlton Green by Badly Drawn Boy. Who needs to go to Blackpool when this is on your doorstep.

Bulgar pilaf with saucey bits
