Why buy 2nd rate soup - so easy to make, so cheap to produce. Seasoned with preserved lemon, boullion powder, pepper and salt.

Roast vegetable pizza, and a mozzarella starter. Plenty of red wine consumed. Good as ever but are the pizze getting smaller?

Made this bread on 28th December
Rye sourdough starter with wheat flour. It is still soft and not covered with fungus. I'm amazed.
Made a big pie like a calzone with some left over pizza dough. Filled with tofu and mushrooms.
It's madness but I collected all the soap scraps in the bathroom for a year. Melted them down with added water and made this block of soap.
