Make the with soy sauce for saltiness and then pineapple for sweetness. Flower sprouts are available a cross between kale and Brussels sprouts

I love the taste of Tam Yum vegetarian paste. Have to go to Harvey Nichols to buy it. Bits of tofu and seaweed seasoning on top. Serve with crusty bread
