Alu Tama & Fried Banana

A very brownish delight. Alu Tama is potato & bamboo shoots with black eye peas. A great combo. Should have done rice but I had a few bananas on their last legs so fried them up dipped in a sloppy batter.

Cicerchia
Cicerchia are a bean grown on La Marche, Italia. Cooked then remove the skins 'cos they are a bit tough. An interesting find.

New toaster

Old toaster failed got this DeLonghi beauty. Can even burn only one side on the bagel setting. Crumpets with marg and marmite.
