My very own home grown sring onions.
They were over wintering onions, so they survived a lot of snow!
I think they do grow bigger, so i left some in the ground to carry on growing.
There are also normal wintering onions that look to be doing awesomely.

(Oh yeah, and that's a shit load of potato plants in the background!)

Life at the Allotment
Lots of things growing and doing well at the allotment!
1) Tomato plants. I'm not sure we have enough? We need to off load some, but everyone i've offered some to has turned me down!?
2) My first corn!! Really need to plant it out, but don't have the space for it, yet. Plus i need the only other two to have germinated so far to speed up or i won't actually get any corn from it, psh.
3) Bijou peas have done a sudden spurt this week. Finally starting to climb the string :)
4) Any one know what this is? It has suddenly taken over an area very close to where we dug over and planted our potatoes.
Knackering, but very satisfying work!
