April spotted this in the bathroom 2 minutes after I had finished brushing my teeth.

There's no scale here (I didn't want to get any closer) but it was about the size of my palm!!!

Apparently harmless.

The National Blood Service has changed the venue where I give blood. It was originally in a hall at the side of a church.
