Sat 8th March - the sun shone although still chilly and Nicky, Alison, Janet and I had a few hours together out at Harlow Carr Gardens.

They came back to work as the schools returned and think they were inspired to get it built as quickly as possible in order to get out of the wet and cold!

Work started on the house extension in November. Dave gets his septuagenarian Dad to help out with the early stages :)
That column of wall in the second pic was blown down in the storm - that day was the only one lost to bad weather they persevered until lunchtime before admitting defeat!
