Window restored and floor sanded

new lintel for door and sash window waiting to be stripped and repaired - big job!

renovating mortar slapped on too
makes me feel tired to look!
that window took hours of my life - I didn't want it dipped, so I had to strip it

Sean had a big mending job on it too as there was a fair amount of rotten wood

been a wearing month

weekends stripping wallpaper then wood!

this wasn't quite at its worst - the window came out and was boarded up - in fact the order isn't right now as the window came out and the concrete was poured in thro' the hole!

will update with current state tomorrow

off to leeds soon!
