Filled was the air with a dreamy and magical light;
and the landscape
Lay as if new created in all the freshness of childhood.*

More of a guy really.. He came second in the village Jubilee scarecrow competition.

He was outside for the week leading up to Saturday and he caused a lot of comment. It seems all the passer-bys asked him if he was OK and a fair few motorists stopped. The best story is of the ambulance that stopped to ask him if he was OK as *you've been out here for hours mate..* !!

Marie Louise De La Ramee

Tomorrow we go to the funeral of my Brother's wife. Fortunately, there was time for goodbyes....

World Without End...

Bizarrely the sun sank as a gold ball in a clear orange sky, yet it isn't dark yet. Now the sky is pink and the birds are still singing. It has been incredibly hot today.
