This post would have been a lot more smug and in praise of the Ordnance Survey, had a certain byway not taken me right through a field of cattle, which then chased me. Cue some distinctly unathletic inching towards a gate. Still, can't beat the view. Llyn Peninsula.

There are ponies and views over what feels like most of mid Wales. It's an iron age hill fort above Bethlehem.
