My New House *hopefully*

Agreed on a price with the seller, but need to have a contractor estimate some rehab work costs due to water damage. (Sale is contingent on the cost of the repair estimate.) Craig is meeting with the contractor tomorrow. *fingers crossed*

This big froggy was hanging out in the middle of the road and could not be coaxed to leave for the safety of the swamp. So Craig picked him up and placed him safely out of the road.
