I went on Andrew Whitley's Bread Matters course in Cumbria last weekend, it
was by all accounts, fantastic (Thanks Mum, I really really enjoyed spending
the time with you). I will never eat another mass produced loaf, and I will
never bake bread in the same way again. The man is a national treasure.
It was so good, I only took these 3 pictures, that and the fact that my
hands were covered in dough for most of the 2 days.

We spent last week on our annual Landmark Trust family getaway, this time in
a beautiful stately home in Surrey called Goddards.
it even had its own 9 pin skittle alley :)
