I thought it time to display one of my full moon pictures to encourage all struggling photographers. This was a beautiful moon seen behind our apple tree. Imagine the scene. Because I have not managed to capture it!

My Christmas task was to sew on some Australian Scout badges for my granddaughter's camp blanket. My New Year's task is to see if I can get back onto Moblog using Googlechrome!

This camomile seat was at Sissinghurst. They do not want you to try it out.

A friend gave me a root of these last year and they are delighting me every evening by opening in a sudden burst of colour as the sun goes down. I have not grown them before but would recommend them!
Visited the site for the Olympic Games in London with a few friends. Interesting to see how it is all coming along. I suppose they did their best with the visitors' View Tube but I cannot pretend it was a thing of beauty!View Tube is the bright green affair at the end. We had hoped to walk along the canal but it was closed for "renovation". The factory on the building site is the Bryant and May match factory famous for the matchgirl strike in Victorian times.
Last night the sunset got prettier and prettier. Pink clouds too!
